Au Pair AI is in beta. This page describes how we handle information at a high level. It is not a certification, and it is not a complete legal privacy statement.

We collect the account details you provide (such as name and email) and the family scheduling information you enter so the product can run. That may include children's first names, activities, caregiver schedules, tasks, and related notes.

We use this information to operate the service you signed up for. We do not sell personal information.

We do not claim HIPAA, COPPA, GDPR, or SOC 2 certification. We do not make guarantees about data retention, model training, or how future AI-agent connections will process information.

You can ask questions or request account deletion through the signed-in app while the beta is running.
